Gellco Outdoors is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Part-Time Footwear Sales Associate to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has an interest in outdoor and work footwear, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.
As a Footwear Sales Associate, you will help customers find the right footwear based on their individual needs, preferences, and intended use. Whether they are looking for work boots, hunting boots, outdoor footwear, or everyday shoes, you will provide knowledgeable and friendly service to help them find the best fit.
Greet customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable service
Help customers identify footwear that best fits their needs and intended use
Assist customers with proper sizing and fit
Learn and understand the features, benefits, and uses of various footwear brands and styles
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked footwear department
Assist with stocking, merchandising, and receiving footwear inventory
Multi-task effectively while assisting multiple customers and completing other store responsibilities
Provide a positive shopping experience from start to finish
Work as part of a team to meet store goals and provide excellent customer service
Stay self-motivated and productive during both busy and slower periods
Strong customer service and communication skills
Self-motivated and dependable
Ability to work well in a fast-paced retail environment
Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing responsibilities
Friendly, outgoing, and willing to engage with customers
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Retail or footwear experience is a plus, but not required
Interest or experience in work boots, hunting, fishing, or outdoor products is a plus
Part-Time | Flexible Scheduling
Weekend availability is required. Hours may vary based on business needs and seasonal demand.
