Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy describes how Gellco Outdoors processes and delivers orders placed through our website.


1. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During peak seasons, promotions, or new product releases, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you using the information provided at checkout.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 (before taxes and after discounts) within the contiguous United States.

Free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout when eligible.

Standard Shipping

Shipping costs for orders under $100 are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight and dimensions

  • Shipping destination

  • Selected shipping method

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available)

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


3. Shipping Carriers

We ship orders using major carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection is determined based on the best available rate and delivery timeframe.


4. Signature Required Deliveries

For security purposes, orders over $400 may require a signature upon delivery.

This helps ensure high-value orders are received safely. If a delivery attempt is missed, the carrier may leave instructions to reschedule or pick up your package.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take up to 24 hours to appear.


6. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • All 50 U.S. states

  • U.S. territories (delivery times may vary)

If you are outside these areas, please contact us before placing an order to confirm availability.


7. Local Pickup Policy

We offer free local pickup for customers who prefer to collect their order in person.

How it works:

  1. Select Local Pickup at checkout

  2. Wait for a pickup confirmation email (do not arrive until notified)

  3. Bring a valid ID and your order confirmation

Pickup instructions, hours, and location details will be provided in your notification email.

Orders not picked up within a reasonable timeframe may be canceled at our discretion.


8. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, Gellco Outdoors is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or theft after delivery confirmation.

If your package is missing, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or your local post office

  2. Contact the carrier directly

  3. Reach out to us so we can assist with a claim if applicable


9. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • The customer is responsible for reshipping costs

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information


10. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the package and contents

  2. Contact us within 5 days of delivery

  3. Keep all packaging materials for carrier inspection

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


11. Order Changes & Cancellations

We process orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order is placed.
